Diary of an imostar season2 thursday 25/10/2012

"what do i do now?" i asked myself as soon as i stepped back into my room that morning, and a million and one ideas raced into my head, yet none of them were sensible enough, 'damn' i cursed as i thought of a solution, but is there really any solution to this? I wondered, but then, the only reasonable thing i could have done that moment was to disobey my mum and travel back to owerri, but then i had never disobeyed her in a big way before, so trying it in this situation wasn't really going to help matters, but then "if only i can convince chinwe not to come, i might really have a chance of averting this whole scandal", i reasoned and for the first time that morning a smile appeared on my face and i relaxed, "yea chinwe have never disobeyed me before, and i know she wouldn't this time" i said confidently to myself as i checked the time, "damn 9:30am yet no one has called me for breakfast" i said to myself angrily as i rose up from my bed and walked to the dinning room......

Adaora was rounding up her breakfast when i got to the dinning room and she hastily cleaned up the table and walked towards the kitchen without talking to me, as soon as she saw me enter, and my anger returned once more and i forgot about what i came there to do and followed her instead, to the kitchen where i locked the kitchen door as soon as i entered... She saw me very late and shook in confusion even though she did not raise any alarm, but only looked at me in suspicion, 'hmmmm' i breathed deeply as i smiled within me cos i knew my mum had rushed off to her office{work} after our discussion that morning, while my other three younger sisters were already in school that morning{cos they left early for school as usual} so it was only adaora, i and my immediate younger sister who were at home that period..........

"what is it?" adaora asked with a frightened voice as she saw the red colour in my eyes and i gnashed my teeth as i advanced towards her, i have never been violent in my life, but then sometimes circumstances could lead one into evil deeds and even though my eyes were burning in fury my heart weakened as i closed in on her, but yet i still advanced further and adaora drew back in horrow and fear, but then there was no where for her to hide, so she just rested her back on the wall as i finally closed in on her, "oh my gawd" she finally screamed..........
