[b]A wheelchair-bound man is taking on a massive journey from northern to southern China to battle against discrimination. Quan Peng, 29, said had been looked down upon by other people, including his own family, since he was left paralysed on operating table in 2002.[/b]

[b]In 2014, after experiencing the physical and psychological torture, the former office worker decided to travel 3,540 miles from Beijing to Sanya to prove he can live like everybody else.
After two years on the road, the determined man has covered around 3,100 miles and has nearly reached his destination, known in China to be the end of the world.
The journey has seen him wearing out more than 15 pairs of leather gloves as Quan travels on wheelchair by day and sleeps in a tent by night.[/b]
