I now sleep fully covered;
over cream my body, infact I cream twice a day because I have a dry skin
I dress unusually; my fur coat is always with me, some people wear socks sef
These are signs of adaptation to a new condition.

Never wait for a miracle when you have the condition under your influence.
It's either you do your part or you allow it destroy you. Do the needful at the right time.
Define every confrontation that comes, fashion out ways to tackle it and await victory.
