I have come to see in life that the
worst thing you can ever do to
yourself is to try to please
everyone and displease yourself.
People would expect you to rub
yourself in the mud for them..but
they wont even think about
doing same for you..they would
expect you to be quiet when they
humiliate and harass you..
try harass them back and they
scream louder than an
emergency siren. People will hate
your success story..envy your
glory...they would hate that you
get the attentions which they
believe you don't deserve...they
will detest the fact that you have
achieved quite much in your
young life. They will hate that life
always tend to go the way you
want which they consider not
fair and in all of these never even
allow yourself to be bothered.
Grace isn't fair... Favor neither.
Nothing you do will satisfy
people like that..they would
always look for things to talk
about you...they go all over the
place looking for your gist to
gossip about... its life..you have to
learn to toughen up and do what
makes you happy..... go after your
dreams..your comfort, your joy.
These people wont be happy to
see you excel..they would rather want
you to be bitter, broken, unheard,
unseen..they would rather want you
to remain in the dust. Don't give
them that satisfaction. Excel..be
happy..be seen..be heard..break
free.
