Wind:i am the strongest of all weather conditions.
Sun:why do you love to boast, wind? I am stronger than you!
Wind:really? Look at who is talking! I can pull down trees, houses and overturn cars. What can you do?
Sun:do you really want to know?
(as the argue, cloud comes by)
sun: cloud, come here! Tell me, who is stronger between wind and i?
Wind:yes, tell me. I also want to know.
Cloud:this is a simple issue. Look at that woman down there. Let's see who can get her to remove her coat and umbrella.
Wind:i will go first.(wind blew hard against the woman but she held on to her coat and umbrella).
Cloud:it's your turn, sun.(sun appeared and shone so brightly that the woman removed her coat and opened her umbrella)
sun(happily):i won! I am the strongest!
Cloud(as wind goes away):not quite, sun!(cloud moves to cover sun).
I read this recently from a primary school text book. I guess it was written out of a giggle for the kids to have fun as they read about the comic characters. But i learnt quite alot from it and decided to share. I learnt that:
¤ No matter how good you are, you are'nt the best!
¤somebody out there is intelligent, capable, beautiful/handsome, (you name it) more than you, but there is something in you he/she don't have.
