I was travelling from lagos to benin, but when i got to ijebu-ode,i was arrested by one FRSC member who accused me of not using my seat belt. I begged him but he refused and said he is going to seize my licence, but after much plea, he decided to collect #5000 which was the last money on me.I gave him the money SADLY and went my way... I was about entering to benning when a phone rang beside me, i was suprised to see a Samsung galaxy note 5 on my passenger seat. I picked the call only to discover that the FRSC member forgot his phone in my car.... If you are in my shoes what will you do... BE SINCERE!
