... A pastor has found himself in very hot waters after murdering a young lady who happened to be his girlfriend.

A South African pastor, Maphakele Reuben Phathakge, who is very popular in Limpopo, shocked people when he was found out to have murdered a young lady.
The pastor was arrested and arraigned in court after the incident.
He has subsequently been sentenced to 10 years in prison.
According to Daily Sun SA, the pastor shot and killed his girlfriend when she called him a bad "sugar daddy" the National Prosecuting Authority said on Wednesday.
The woman asked him to buy her a television and he failed to do so, spokesperson Mashudu Malabi-Dzhangi said. “Thereafter the deceased started to insult him as he couldn’t be a good ‘blesser’ (sugar daddy). The deceased further mentioned that the accused was not a real man. He said he lost his temper and shot the deceased in the head."
The Limpopo High Court sentenced Maphakele Reuben Phathakge, 50, on Tuesday.
The murder took place in the woman's home in Greenside Phokoane village in the Sekhukhune district on February 12.
Phathakge pleaded guilty before Judge Nare Frans Kgomo. He handed himself to the police after he failed to resuscitate her.
After his arrest, he was banished from the community and ordered to pay for the burial.
