There’s no doubt that a
person’s health and well-being
partially depend on personal
hygiene. No matter how hard
you try, or how many times a
day you take a shower, there
still will never be immaculately
clean parts, there still will be
more than 67 types of
bacteria on your body.
In this article, we’ll tell you
what is the dirtiest part of
human’s body and how to take
care of it.
Regular showering can remove
most of bacteria on your body,
but there’s one one part which
is inaccessible and keeps dirt in
even after showering.
And yea… it’s belly button. Yes,
it’s the navel – an actual home
of bacteria, and the dirtiest
part on your body.
Haven’t expected this, right?
The belly button is indrawn –
and that is the reason of being
named the dirtiest part as
because of being indrawn it
collects sweat, dead skin cells,
lotion, soap, and lint. Which is
perfect condition for developing
bacteria. To avoid different
health issues, including
infections, you have to regularly
take care of your belly button
by cleaning it from dirt.
How to clean your belly
button?
Inner side:
Before taking a shower, take a
cotton swab and soak it in some
alcohol and rub gently your belly
button. Take another cotton
swab and apply some shower gel
on it and rub the belly button,
then clean it from the shower
gel with water when taking
a shower. Rinse it again with
warm water, and dry with a
towel.
Outer side:
Apply some shower gel on a wet
end of a towel, and rub your
belly button, then rinse it with
warm water and dry with a
towel.
