When we have disagreements, our first choice is to keep engaging the other party until they see the error of their ways and apologize for their wrongdoings. This may not always be so.

The truth is that it is not everything that happens that we must respond to. Sometimes, it is better to just ignore the other party for the sake of peace. Responding to every event around us will end up ruining our day and stealing away our joy. No deserves that much power.

Treat a bad day as just a bad day that comes and goes. Do not make it into something worse but let it go. When you ignore people, you will discover that you have less anxiety in your life. I mean, since you already know to expect from a negative person, it is best not to sink into their shoes by doing exactly what they do.

One thing you need to know is that intentionally or unintentionally, people will always try to get on your nerves. Often times, the urge to put them in their place will come strong but it is best to control it to the best of your ability.

Instead of responding to every comment people say about you, you need to learn the art of ignoring these comments.
