He sits alone in an empty room,
Straining to see through the darkness and gloom,
The room is bright and lights are on,
But inside his head all lights are gone,
Only blackness can he see,
And through that dark he can't find me.
Silent tears shed inside,
A watering grave for his thoughts and pride,
All hope is lost and faith is gone,He feels like he will never belong. His life is over so it seems,
His broken heart cries out and screams,
Drowning in his unforgiving lies,Crushed by his own demise.
But from afar I feel his pain,
I feel his hurt and his self disdain,I reach out through the black,
And his dark thoughts we together attack.
Strength in numbers we can fight,Fight his way back into the light,His silent tears shed once more,This time with joy and pain no more.
