Davido switched to his emotional side yesterday which marked the death day of his mother who he obviously loved and cherished and still loves and cherishes even in her death. Without an iota of a doubt, OBO indeed loved his mom.
The singer put his emotional side on display for all to see by paying tribute to his late mother who died 15 years ago on the 6th day of March precisely. Taking to his Snapchat account, Davido made a post which included a picture of his late mother accompanied by a text that served as a tribute to her and highlighted his life’s accomplishments. It reads:“Also on this day, March 6th some fifteen years ago, I lost my beloved mother. It hurts me every day that you are not here to see all that God has done with my life. But I know you are watching from heaven. Continue to rest in peace.”
Obviously, Davido never stops wishing his beloved and demised mom was alive to see all of the good things he has achieved in his life. But just like he said towards the ending of his tribute, his mom is watching him from heaven. This serves as a clarion call to all whose moms are alive. Celebrate your mom while she lives. Davido has none to celebrate.
