NATURE ALONE IS NOT ENOUGH
Nature has many valuable lessons for us. He teaches us so many things. The amazing order in all things, both living and non-living things, he tells us of wisdom, to understand things, and its power is far, far higher than ours, he points to the maker of all things. Now, our hearts reach upward in praise for the beautiful work of nature.
Yes, "Law of nature" are always so steady, so dependable, that we are lead to believe that the great Law-Giver can also be trusted.
Nature has made us to understand that God's presence is well known. For example, The wind is unseen. Yes, but does anyone really doubt that wind exist? NO! We're sure it exists because we see the results of its blowing. Though God is invisible, we know He is there because of the results of His powerful work. The world around us, is called "nature," is one of those results (Genesis 1:1). With other results of God's work, nature speak of its creator.
Nature also raises many questions. For example, Since God is so great does He care about us who are small? Some have felt that He is too high and too distant to think about people on earth. Therefore, they've turned to things of this earth, or to other spirits, for help in times of need.
Others felt that God is against them. They say, "if riches is a sign of God's favor to His children what then is poverty means to His people? They went on asking, if plenty of food is a sign of God's kindness, then what does lack of food means? In our time of suffering and death, Has God ever changed from His kind ways?"
Nature by itself does not give us important details about God's character and thinking. He doesn't tell us how to approach Him. It raises the questions, but does not give the answers we need. Therefore, nature alone is not enough for us all. Wetin go fit belle-fud us till eternity na God. So, make we begin dey seek Him face sharperly. I so so-cumbed. Haha!
