Bunmi: Omelette and bread with coffee Daniel: You can go Bunmi:Yes sir ‘Bunmi left immediately while David help Jamal to close his laptop, he put the laptop in a bag handing it over to Daniel Daniel:Are you crazy or something, why would you give me that to carry? Niniola you don’t need all these to fight with her and besides I hope you realize how much my mum spends on just a clothe, she has never order any clothe from this country, it is either USA or Dubai, and the Lowest dress you will see on my mom starts from 300 thousand naira, you see to order is not my problem, my issue now is that what will come out of all these, what’s the advantage of you wearing the same thing as her, if you are in need of another classic dress I can order you that straight away from here in Nigeria (Niniola stood up walking towards the bed, she sat down and said) Niniola:Why don’t you just relax yourself, just calm down, I know what am doing, so are you going to order them right away? Written by: Abike Episode twenty four (Semi_ final) Writer’s POV It’s been three weeks that Niniola has been avoiding her dad and Jamal’s mom, firstly she has been avoiding Jamal’s mom because she doesn’t know what to tell her and her Dad has been searching for her to forgive him ever since he heard that she now owns the biggest restaurant in town,Both Tomiwa and Niniola controls the best restaurant in town, they employed ten sales ladies who serves and six different women who cooks, they sells Rice, different kinds of rice, jollof and fried rice, coconut rice and rice milk, and so on, they also sells solid foods and different kinds of soups, they also make snacks and different kinds of fruit juice and ice cream, TomNinny Restaurant was the best in town,Thier cooks puts on a blue gown and a blue cap with a white apron and white shoes,while thier girls put on either yellow, or red or white tank top with a long black trouser and a black heels or black sneakers,Thier restaurant is well known to everyone in town,Niniola and Tomiwa were discussing in thier office when one of thier ladies came in and said Lady:Ma, someone is outside asking for you Tomiwa:I or Ninny and who is that? Lady:It’s madam Niniola she asked for Niniola:Me? Lady:Yes ma Niniola:A woman or a man Lady:A woman ma Niniola:Ha, am sure it’s Jamal’s mom Tomiwa:Ehm, Helen you can bring her in Ninny:Bring who in, I said I do… Tomiwa: Helen do as I said Lady:Yes Ma’am (She went out) Niniola:Why would you asked her to call her in? Almost three weeks have been trying to get through you, what happened, are you scared or what, For goodness sake having Jamal’s child in you will surely makes him to love you more, I hope you realize that Jamal is really sick(Niniola was shock) Niniola:Sick how, what happened to him?How is he doing (Tomiwa just hissed on Niniola) Jamal’s mom: So you love him,do you just see your reaction,do you see your reaction just now,you was shocked when you heard that he is sick,the day you left he travelled out the second day for a business and he came back last week,ever since he came back, Jamal has never be himself,we were told that a lot of mistake was done by Jamal,he couldn’t concentrate,he made several mistakes,if not that Jamal is the owner of the company,he should have been sacked,And ever since he came back he has been on the sick bed,He started feeling better just two days ago,Jamal sometimes do sleep in the living room,he said his room is bringing a lot of your memories to him,he really needs you right now,I personally need you and am sure you need me too,I need a daughter and that is you and you need a mother to take good care of you,most especially in this condition,we both need ourselves and that is the truth,I won’t come again to check on you,but please before it’s too late,come back home,the door is wide open for you, I know you are still experiencing some pains and heartbreak,come back home and I promise you to stand by you as your rock and as a mother, before it’s too late Niniola please come back home and take good care of yourself(She stood up to leave she touched Niniola’s stomach,she hugged her and kiss her forehead while she only hugged Tomiwa,She went out of the office while Niniola just sat back thinking Jamal and his mom went to Jamal’s dad burial,Jamal’s mom was crying bitterly asking for his forgiveness,she refused to leave the burial ground until Jamal called David and Daniel from the car to help her stand up cause Jamal was a little bit weak and not yet ok,When they got home, Jamal was helped inside his room,His mom got him his medicine,she gave him to use and she gave him a cup of water to swallow the medicine,after that she helped him lay down on the bed,she said to him) Jamal’s mom:I have found Niniola (Jamal sat up slowly immediately) Jamal:Where is she? Jamal’s mom:she is fine,but I hope you realized that she is pregnant for you Jamal: Niniola,N…Ni.. Niniola is pregnant for me? Jamal’s mom:She is,I think you should go after her once again,Don’t give up yet,give it a trial once again Niniola was walking alone by the street,she just decided to have some walk,She was walking and at the same time thinking about jamal,She was thinking about thier kisses,thier great night together,She remembered thier funny moments together, suddenly she saw Jamal standing waiting for her,Tears dropped down from her face she ran to hug him but No! it wasn’t Jamal it was her imagination,She cried and said in her thought that Niniola:Maybe they are right,Maybe they are all saying the truth,I can’t do without him, I think I needs him,and my baby wants him also,It was only in my dreams that he always appears but now I think he is in my imagination now,I love him also but I am just scared and I keeps on thinking on what is making me to be scared then I realized that I haven’t let go of my past and that is why am afraid and scared to fall in love again,but what about my promises to myself not to…(She was lost in thought that she didn’t Notice that she is standing at the front of her house but someone is blocking her way, she looked up to see who it was and it was Jamal standing at her front staring at her with a smile, he said Jamal:It’s been awhile sunshine, How are you and how is my baby doing? (Niniola’s eyes almost popped out, She almost fall down to the ground because of what he just said but Jamal grabbed her by her waist staring at her, He kissed her while Niniola also kissed him back passionately, Niniola said Niniola:I…..i thought it was my imagination again Jamal:Of course not, it’s reality, Niniola I miss you, I really do Niniola: I miss you more(Both locked thier lips on each other again while Jamal carried her in a bridal style straight to her room and on her bed, kissing every part of her body, taking off her clothes while she also helped Jamal with his clothes) Final episode loading

Written by:Abike FINALE Writer’s POV Niniola’s Dad has been admitted and has been diagnosed for a sickness called cancer of the blood and he is having some few months left, Niniola, Jamal and Tomiwa came to visited him,he was coughing out some bloods, Niniola vow never to shed tears for him, but the way she saw him on the bed lying helplessly makes her to shed tears Niniola’s Dad:I know I am not a great father to you and I have never be a good one, am so sorry for everything, for everything that I have caused you, for every single pain that I have caused you please forgive me, am deeply sorry for everything my child(He was really in pain all he could say is for Niniola to forgive him before he die) … Jamal took everyone to an outing, At the eatery after they are all done eating, Jamal and Daniel went to clear the bills, suddenly a lady from nowhere came out and hug Jamal so tightly Lady:Oh my God! (Acting innocent like she doesn’t know the reason why she had ran away, Jamal and Daniel couldn’t stop laughing and others) Niniola is six months pregnant, And she has done a normal and legal court wedding with Jamal, Her Dad left the world, even though she promised not to cry but she couldn’t help but to wept for her dad’s death and she refused to eat for two days, she fell sick and was rushed to the hospital,After a month of her dad’s death, she recovered back, Everyone was at Jamal’s house discussing about Rokanmi’s wedding that is coming up in two weeks, Rokanmi said Rokanmi:I think thirty bags of rice should be ok now Niniola Niniola:Ehhhh!Oluwa o(God)Thirty keh, Are we doing the world’s wedding it’s just your wedding Mr Rokanmi (Everyone bursted into laughing) Rokanmi:I was just thinking about everyone I want to make sure that there should be a lot of food for everyone, it’s going to be serve yourself now Tomiwa:Hmm, I think you are right about that, because am sure some people will bring some everlasting sacks and bowls since they already Knew that it will be serve yourself, maybe we should just do seventy bags, so that we can feed the world (Jamal couldn’t stop laughing, he said) Jamal:Like seriously Tomiwa you are something else, which one is feeding the world, do you remember the show you put up in that eatery that day, you scared the hell out of the lady, but for real Daniel how are you coping with this girl Daniel: Ha!, Since that is what God has pushed to me I have to keep on pushing it also Tomiwa:Are you talking to me? Daniel:How can I be talking to you, why you for God’s sake ? You keh!(Tomiwa move closer to him punching him with her little fist, Jamal’s mom and Bunmi have been busy in kitchen, Bunmi is no more working for Jamal he already employed another Lady, but David and Daniel are still working for him, Bunmi also opened a big restaurant in town, Bunmi brought out the barbeques, she dropped them on the table as she was about to leave, David drew her back to sit on his laps David:This one that you are going in and coming out, please just take a deep rest Bunmi:Ok, I should sit down? David:Of course please do Bunmi:Ok(Jamal’s mom shouted from the kitchen) Jamal’s mom:Oya David come here and complete what Bunmi is doing here please David:Huh? Bunmi I think you should go back to what you are doing, please (Pushing her slowly to stand up) Bunmi:No, I want to sit down with you, I thought this is what you want now David:How will i want that, Madam be fast go before she comes out(Everyone bursted into laughing, Bunmi stood up and went to the kitchen while Tomiwa followed her too, Jamal’s mom brought out a little small bowl of pepper soup, She placed it at the front of Niniola at the dinning, Niniola frowned her face and said Niniola: Like seriously mum I don’t wa… Jamal’s mom:If I hear pim, Common eat jor, She was unable to eat what they prepared for her this morning, If you know that you won’t eat, please help me feed my baby inside you, Madam take spoon and eat jor(Jamal was just smilling and staring at both his mom and his wife, they really look cute together, he went into a deep thought about how they first met, who would have thought that the two iron women will be so close as a mother and as a daughter, He was distracted from his thought when his mom hit the table shouting) Jamal’s mom: Niniola you must not vomit that food oo(Jamal saw Niniola holding her mouth trying to vomit the food or something, he move closer to her, he gave her a pecked and collected the spoon from her mom he said) Jamal:I guess you are feeding her in a wrong way(He feed her while she ate It one after the other, Jamal said)Can you now see what am saying mom, she is eating it,look! Jamal’s mom:Ehnehn ok, Niniola remember he will travel soon and it will just be I and you, so you are accepting the food from him and wanted to vomit mine(Niniola collected the spoon from Jamal she gave it to Jamal’s mom, forming a cute puppy face, she said) Niniola:You know I love you right? Jamal:Leave me Jare!(Forming her cute puppy face acting like she wanted to cry, Jamal’s mom collected it from her and feed her) Jamal:So you collected the spoon from me? Niniola:You are feeding me in a wrong way Jamal: What?! (Niniola collected a spoon from Jamal’s mom, the moment she collected it , she hold her mouth to vomit again, while everyone bursted into laughing cause she was only playing around, Jamal’s mom continue feeding her and she also ate it, after some few spoons she collected the spoon from her to eat it by herself, Jamal’s mom caught Jamal staring at them, she said) Jamal’s mom: Young millionaire,why are you staring at us like that, Ehn Alabi? Jamal:I was just thinking about everything and I just realized that both of you are the best gift that God has given to me, I love you both (He move closer to two of them hugging them,a few drops of tears fell from his eyes but his whipped his tears, Everyone couldn’t stop staring at three of them,They really look perfect and Jamal is just lucky to have both of them)…..
