Episode 2 Give me a ride to school,mum,' bola said meekly. 'will you?' 'oh no,'shola sighed.'i dnt think so,i'm very tired. Never mind mum i take a bus to school. But the only problem is that i am already late. Oh darling,she said patting bola head. it's getting late.i'll just have to drive u to school. Now let's go. Soon enough,bola were in the car in front of the house.shola started the car and made it out through the gate.they did nt get to school until a few minutes past nine. Shola gave the class teacher excuses and sought her leave,then she headed for her supermarket. Later in the day,she went to see the family doctor and explained her worry to him.the doctor prescribed some drugs and advised her to avoid stressful hard work in order to prevent restlessness which could later result in listlessness.

Episode 3 Tobi was watching television in tthe sitting room.he was off for the day,shola joined him minutes later. We are having bread and fried eggs for breakfast,'she said.'is that okay? 'she asked him. 'yes,it's fine,'he responded. 'i'm going to bonny this evening Bola,'tobi called and shola stopped talking. 'Yes dad,am coming,'bola replied.she appeared at the top of the staircase,ran down the stairs and walked up to him. 'Here am i dad 'pumpkin,i want you to get me some pieces of wood from the store.we've got fence the yard again.the rain was so heavy last night, the one we have made the other time would have broken down now. Bola sighed wearily,dad, i'm sorry,i need to watch my cartoon. Shola looked away Have you done any of the house chores today?'he questioned futher. No, she replied,looking down at the floral rug. 'but is there anything bad with that?' shola butted in.tobi threw her a look that was enough to turn her into bundle of nerves. 'and what was that supposed to mean?he asked,shola did nt reply. What are u up to shola?i'm trying to make a correction and you're trying to tell me that am wrong, No,that isn't what i mean, she protested. 'and what do you mean? He asked, but got no response. He ignored her and turned to bola,go and get all the house chores done. Bola pouted and left. Uhn... Shola sighed 'what? Tobi demanded but he got no response. He said,woman,u had better be very careful. You know very well the kind of person i am,if you push me to the wall,you won't find life easy in this house.this house never used to be a hell,but now,you're succeeding in making it.

Episode 4 Bola was watching cartoon in the sitting room. Her father emerged from the bedroom Good morning dad,bola greeted Good morning pumpkin,how was your night,tobi replied Fine dad. Bola,have you taken the tool box back to the spare room?' Bola pouted and replied,no i haven't Why?what's keeping you since?he demanded. Nothing,'she pouted Tobi shook his head.'nothing at all?'he asked rhetorically.'then of what use are you? You're not useful to yourself,let alone other people.you're not... keep your voice down.ahba?shola chided.'the noise is just too unbearable,she hissed. I'm an empty barrel,and i'm making too much noise,right? 'tobi demanded from her. Although he was now angry,he resisted the urge to get to his feet and serve shola right. How dare she chide him in front of thier daughter. Everytime she went against him.if only she knew how frustrating that was to him. 'so you think and u say,shola replied. 'but that isn't what i mean,mind ur tone,that's all.your bluster is just enough to freeze her. You don't have to go too far or be too harsh with your discipline!' she declared. Tobi was bewildered,his eyes grew stormy, yet he managed to control his temper.i'm a monster,right?'he asked hoarsely. No,mumbled shola Tobi ignored her and continued,and i'm from a broken home. No, i haven't said that,she protested. But you shall say it,he snapped,or what do you mean by i bluster? Dad take it easy,y are u behaving like a monster,u behaves like a coward sometimes,bola replied How dare you?tobi bellowed,are u turning into a shrew? 'God fobid! Shola retorted.under no circumstances must u curse my child,i cast out all evil spells on her life.she will succeed,she must suc...' That did it! tobi lost it right there.he made a predatory move towards shola and punched her hard on the shoulder.' i know u will give as good as u get but u are not going to control me,he muttered angrily,then flounced out of the house.

Sorry for the late post guys i was nt feeling fine. Episode 5 The next day they were having breakfast. Tobi has already finished and now getting ready to leave for work. Darling can u pls help take this young lady to school. Ok i will,'shola responded He gave shola a quick brush on her cheeks . Now that isn't my kiss.shola aaccused and bola chuckled.you get more when i come back,okay? All right shola gave up. Pumpkin goodbye tobi said Bye,she replied. Mum let's go.it' almost eight,bola complained. Don't worry,we'll be going soon,shola responded easily. Do you no that your dad was almost on his knees begging me... Mum!' bola stopped her again.now let's go. They left for the car park,and moments later,they were off.

Episode 6 Back at home from school,bola was relaxing in the sitting room after she had lunch. Audu! bola called, Audu was there gateman 'see, i'm going to my friend's house on the next street,she asked me to come and study with her.' 'Uhn uhn..'bola was suspicious. 'uhn uhn,'bola mocked.see,i'm just telling you in case mum or dad returns before i do,so you have something to tell them,'she said flatly. 'have something to tell them ,audu mimicked. What?bola grimaced Nothing,bola dismissed with the wave of her hand.and left. She actually left for a rendezvous and not to go and study with any friend,and the place was a long way from home. The rendezvous was held by a group of five students-three girls:bola,teni and nancy,and two boys:patrick and dokun. What are we going to name the group?teni asked. Let's call it the cynosure squard'.nancy suggested. 'how about rock-5? Dokun offered. 'uh,well,i think party of five will be fine. Yeah patrick agreed.that's just the suitable name. All of them were unanimous about this,and the group was named party of five. There's one other thing,said patrick And what's that,pat?teni asked We've got to nominate and choose the leader amongst us,the secretary,p.r.o.and a keeper of the group cash,patrick finished. Yep,that sounds right,dokun agredd. And resonable too,bola added. At the end of the voting,patrick emerged the leader,and bola,his deputy.teni was made the p.r.o,dokun was chosen as the secretary and nancy was given the post of a trasurer. Well,teni announced airily.we have an outing on thursday.the spa club has organised a colourful party and it's gonna happen at bringles hotel and we are invited. The party kicks off at 12noon,so we've got to leave for the place at about 11.30,she explained. All right.we'll give our excuses and make it out of school during breaktime,'patrick said easily. All right,bola nodded in agreement Our dress code is strictly hot and we've got to dance like crazy,she said firmly.i'll bring all the makeup that we girls may need and u guys should take care of yourselves. We shall,dokun replied.you can bank on us,we won't let u down. 'you can be sure we won't,patrick assured them. All right.i think it's time we draw the curtain said bola,getting anxious. Okay patrick agreed.let's meet a the buffet tomorrow during breaktime,so that we can discuss other things,he finished.the meeting was ended and they parted company.
