7 steps to living a healthy life.
1. Get some good night rest: Well-rested
people
not only cope better with stress, but may
also have better control of their appetites.
Research
has shown that a lack of sleep can put
our "hunger hormones" out of balance
and possibly trigger overeating.
2. Smile and laugh out loud several times a day:
It keeps you grounded, and helps you
cope with situations that would otherwise
make you crazy. Read the comics, watch
comedy movies, or tell jokes to bring out
those happy feelings.
3: Stay physically active.
Regular physical activity helps people
live longer and feel better throughout
their
lives. It also prevent depression, strengthens your ability to fight off illness
4. Eat healthy: Eat the right food at the
right time. Fish is more nutricious than
beef meat or chicken, so eat more fish.
And also, Cut down on alcohol, fatty
foods such as butter, grease, or oil, and “junk food” like
chips or candy.
5. Drink water Daily: Drink 7-8 glass of
water daily, it helps remove some
unwanted gas as well as other infections
in the body. 6. Exercise regularly: Exercise helps to
strengthen the bone, reliefs the body off
stress. So exercise for at least 30
minutes everyday.
7. Eat fruits: Apart from giving nutrients,
fruits acts as supplements for vitamins in the body. Eat varieties of fruits daily, but
eat it on an empty stomach or 10-15
minutes after a meal.
