EPISODE 1 Nikhil Garg was sitting in his office when his best friend Jiya called. "Nikhil can you pick Sneha from her play school?" "Which play school? When did she join school?" "She just joined Shemrock a week back . I am at the doctor for a regular check up but will be late . Sagar is out of town and Myra is. also not available" "Ok just text me the address and I will be there in ten minutes " The play school was nearby so it took him only ten minutes to reach it . It was a nice multicoloured building with a park in the front. He went straight to her classroom where he found Sneha sitting with a very beautiful lady, The lady was quite tall ,very fair with short hair. She had an oval face with beautiful black eyes. She was wearing jeans with a long shirt and minimal makeup Niharika was sitting with Sneha when she saw a tall handsome man approaching them. He was very handsome ,more than 6 feet tall, blue eyes with a lean body and dark brown hair.He was wearing a blue business suit which enhanced his personality. As he was walking towards them she was unable to take her eyes off him. "Sneha beta I have come to pick you up . Come on hurry your moms waiting." "Mr Singhania you are late ?" Before he could correct her someone called her . "Niharika there is a new parent waiting to meet you" "Coming Mrs Menon" Niharika sighed ,such a handsome man and he is also taken . All good looking men were married these days . Nikhil had seated Sneha in the car when Niharika caught him from behind . "Who are you ? Why didn't you tell me that you are not mr sagar singhania? How dare you take a child from our school without confirming your identity ?" Nikhil was feeling angry " Miss firstly I never said I was Sagar . It was you who presumed that.Secondly the way you ate behaving is as if I am a bloody kidnapper trying to kidnap Sneha. It is your fault you should first check before handing any child. I should sue your school for being so careless." Niharika realised that he was right so she apologised. "I am sorry for being so judgemental. I apologise but now could you introduce yourself?" "I am Nikhil GArg a close friend of the Singhania,s. Jiya called me to pick her daughter since she couldn't teach here on time so I offered to help her " "If you don't mind can I reconfirm with her mother?" "Go ahead but hurry because I have an urgent meeting in half an hour?" Such an arrogant man thought Niharika. Even though she had apologised he was rude to her. EPISODE 2 Topic: THE NEXT MEETING When Nikhil dropped Sneha he seemed to be in a bad mood. " Come Nikhil lets have a cupof tea together and then you may leave" "No Jiya I have an important meeting do I can't stay " " Come for dinner then" Nikhil could never refuse Jiya so he accepted. He reached her place at 8 PM. Sagar and Jiya were sitting together lost in each other. He could see that they were still very much in love. He missed this . He knew that he still loved Jiya butshe had never loved him and she was very happy with Sagar. But at times like this he felt lonely . "Come Nikhil what will you have a beer or a whiskey " "I am not in the mood for a drink. I will just take a glass of wine" Jiya sat with them with a glass of orange juice " Now tell me why were you in such a bad mood today?" " Sneha teacher accused me of kidnapping her " " What ?" and she started laughing. Nikhil looked at Jiya wistfully. Sagar could see that Nikhil still had strong feelings for his wife but he trusted her and moreover Nikhil was his best friend since school. " But Mrs Menon is not like that " "It was someone else . I think they called her Niharika " " She was such sn arrogant girl accusing me of deceiving her that I was Sagar when she presumed it herself. I would never like to meet her again" Jiya was quite amused st hus admission because she had invited Niharika for dinner tonight. The bell rung and Jiya went to open the door. Just then Niharika entered carrying flowers for Jiya. " How was your day dear?" "Don't ask. Today I met such a handsome man who literally took my breath away buthe was such an arrogant pig" Saying this she entered their living room and was surprised to find the arrogant pig sitting there with Sagar. He was still very handsome dressed in the formal blue suit but his tie loosened and a glass if wine in his hand. Sagar looked up and hugged Niharika ," Welcome dear . Let me introduce you my best friend from school Nikhil Garg " "Hi Nikhil" She was beautiful in a black jeans and red off shoulder top. Though her hair was short it suited her image . She was pretty but when she smiled she looked gorgeous. "I believe we have already met since I am the arrogant pig in her story" Niharika fell embarrassed. "Niharika since you have called my friend a pig you need to apologise and take him for a cup of coffee tomorrow " Dinner was a pleasant affair. Niharika was good naturedand she laughed a lot . She noticed that Nikhil did not laugh much . He was of the serious kind. However he seemed to be besotted with Jiya following her every movement. Jiya however treated him as a friend. Niharika liked him but she needed tocheck with Jiya what her situation with Nikhil was . TBC

EPISODE 3 TOPIC: THE COFFEE DATE They met again after a few days when Nikhil went to pick up Sneha from her playschool and found Niharika sitting with her "Hi Nikhil how are you?" "I am fine. I hope today I will not be accused of kidnapping Sneha." "No no of course not. Have you not forgiven me yet?" " Well I didn't get my cofee ? Did I ?" "Why don,t you come to the cafe near the school in the evening and we could have that coffee?" Nikhil waited for two minutes before confirming her. "Ok six would be a good time." She liked Nikhil so she dressed up even for the coffee. She was wearing jeans with a crop top which revealed her fair skin and flat stomach. Infact she was wearing a ring at her naval point which was clearly visible under her top Nikhil was dressed in a formal suit again looking dashing in it. It was a superb fit as if exquisitely tailored for him. He reached the cafe on time to find Niharika waiting for him. He was pleasantly surprised. "It,s nice to know a wonan who comes on time." "What if I tellyou that I have been here since 1600 hrs..?" "Why may I know?" "Because I like you as a person?" "Aren,t you very straight forward?" "I am like this only. I don't believe in running around bushes. I like to come straight to the point." Nikhil also liked her because she was a good conversationalist who laughed a lot . She seemed to enjoy life.she could be a good friend and nothing more. "Niharika you are a very nice person and I like you but my heart is still in love with someone and I am not ready to move on" "Who is asking you to fall for me ? I am just like you scared of relationships because I come from a broken home.My dad and mom separated when I was ten years old. Both of them are happily remarried with families of their own. I am free to visit them whenever I want but I feel as intruder in their homes because they are happy with their new partners. Hence I meet them at festivals and not more." " I understand the feeling of broken homes because my parents are also separated but at least I have my mom so I am in a better position.,saying this he placed his hand on Niharika hand. A bolt of electricity passed through his body . He was surprised because after Jiya he had stopped feeling for anyone. Niharika too felt something. She was usually not very talkative but with Nikhil shefelt something. She had just poured her heart out to him and when he had touched her it was as if his touch had burnt her creating a yearning for more. She had a crush on him and she was nit one to sit back and do nothing. Life had taught her that nothing was served on a platter and one had to work for everything. Nikhil was still in love with someone and she believed that someone to be Jiya so she had to traad carefully. "Ok then we remain friends and not lovers. We can meet occasionally for coffee and have heartfelt conversations. See everyone needs a friend. I know I do .But no expectations just friends." Nikhil liked her no nonsense attitude and she seemed to bea genuine person so he agreed. "Ok friend. Nice coffee and conversation. Next time the bills on me" He left the cafe but in a good mood and he was smiling after a long time. Niharika was happy for him because she had seen him smiling for the first time .

EPISODE 4 TOPIC: JIYA'S PLACE Niharika was looking for an opportunity to meet nikhil again and she got it when she went to Jiya's house for dinner. She was surprised to find Nikhil also there having evening drinks with Sagar. "Jiya you should have informed me that Nilhil would be there?" "Why Niharika ?" "Would you have dressed in a short seductive dress if I would have informed you?" "No its not that but I had considered this to be a quiet dinner with my new friends." "It is but sagar invited Nikhil along and didn't inform me. Also Nikhil is a very dear friend and he often comes to our place for dinner." "Hi Sagar . Hi Nikhil" Nikhil smiled at her."I didn't know that you were also invited?" "Same here" "What will you have Niharika?" Sagar asked her. " A beer would be fine" "So you drink?", Nikhil asked her. "Why do you think that only men can drink?", "No since Jiya doesn't and you are her friend I thought you would have the same tastes?" "By the way you are looking nice Niharika" "You are looking not to bad yourself" Nikhil laughed," It seems odd being called nice" "Well what should I say ? that you are looking very handsome?" "I wouldn't mind that ,'replied Nikhil. Even though he was laughing with her she noticed that he was keenly observing Jiya. Sagar returned with her beer and Jiya joined them with a glass of orange juice. They discussed a variety of topics from financial news to interiors to architecture.Nikhil was surprised to hear that she had very strong views on interiors because she was a school teacher. They had a simple indian dinner of Rajma, rice, vegetable korma, masala bhindi and pineapple raita. "Jiya you are a wonderful cook. I just love your cooking",Nikhil exclaimed. Sagar smiled fondly at his wife, Jiya is not only a good cook but a wonderful wife and mother all in one." "Well everyone can't be as lucky as you are buddy', exclaimed Nikhil. "Well Nikhil I believe you shpuld check Niharika's cooking. She is an awesome cook specially in Chinese food." Niharika blushed. "Ok then its settled. next saturday we meet at her place for Chinese,' Sagar finalised their plans,"Nikhil you are also invited from my side.. I believe I have that much right over you dear Niharka" "Of course Sagar you are most welcome.,' saying this Niharika hugged Sagar. Nikhil didn't like the two hugging each other"Hey man how can you hug someone infront of Jiya" Sagar joked,"Actually she is like my saali. So i have full permission of Jiya to hug her.Actually these days lady luck is smiling on me,' saying this he kissed jiya boldly on her lips. "Nikhil can you do me a favour and drop Niharka home because today she came with me so her car is at home." Nikhil and Niharka left the two love birds looking into each other. "Jiya is very lucky, sagar adores her" "It is the other way round. Jiya would lay down her life for him. ", Nikhil replied. They were quiet the entire way each lost into thoughts.Nikhil was surprised to see that Niharika lived in a very posh locality in Gurrgaon. "Thanks for dropping me home Nikhil." "So whens our next coffee date?" "Whenever you are free Nikhil? " "I believe that now we have a dinner date on Saturday so lets have coffee the following week" TBC

Episode 5 Topic: Dinner with Niharika Tonight was Saturday night so Niharika went grocery shopping for the dinner. She was planning on a complete Chinese menu right from the starters to the desert. She was making spring rolls and wontons as starters with Talu mein soup. The main course comprised of chicken hakka noodles, steamed fish in oyster sauce, vegetables in almond sauce and steamed rice. She enjoyed cooking and today she cooked with more enthusiasm because Nikhil was also coming. She was putting final touches to the caesar salad when Jiya called, " Hi sweety. Just called to tell you that we will be late for dinner as Sagar's cousin s are coming for tea and we couldn't refuse them. But we will definitely reach by dinner time." Niharika lived in a three bedroom flat in a high rise building. This flat had been gifted to her by her parents at her twentieth birthday when she had informed them that she was planning on buying her own place. The interiors however were done by her according to her tastes. Nikhil arrived by 7 pm .He had brought her a bottle of red wine to be used during dinner.Tonight he was dressed casually in a blue CK jeans with a US polo T shirt looking very handsome. When Niharika saw him she thought that no man had a right to look handsome in whatever he wore. Tonight Niharika was dressed in a long black skirt and a deep orange crop top which showed her slim waist and her naval ring. Nikhil looked at her and felt a tug of desire. Though Niharika was just the opposite of Jiya, bold, carefree and quite modern but somehow he wasslowly getting attracted to her. Maybe his long period of celibacy was responsible for these feelings. Niharka hugged him,"Hi handsome.You are looking very dashing today. If I had not promised friendship I would be tempted to start dating you. " Nikhil smiled at her,' you know you are looking quite tempting yourself. but my poor heart is not yet ready to move on" Both of them had the snacks with a glass of wine in her living room. Niharika house was beautiful. The walls were pure white with one wall light green in colour. the light green colour had a beautiful scene painted on it. There was a huge tree with various birds sitting on its branches. Some sparrows were also flying in the sky. Since the wall was light green the furnishings were also green, with a green sofa, wooden table with a green cove and ,a long green standing lamp. All in all the room gave a pleasant feel. "Where is Jiya and Sagar?" "Jiya called to inform that they would be late for dinner." "They should have informed me' "Nikhil don't you like my company?" Nikhil looked at Niharika. She was beautiful. Her naval ring was very sensuos but he was not ready for any relationship even if it was casual. "No I like you Niharika, otherwise I wouldn't be here' She was passing him another glass of wine when it accidently fell on his jeans. She quickly bent on her knees and used a tissue to clean it. When Nikhil looked down he could see the outline of her small breasts from the top. Her skin was white and flawless. Her short hair emphasised her long white neck. She could feel his stare on her so she looked up. What she saw shocked her. There was desire in his eyes. Suddenly the atmosphere was full of sexual tension.Nikhil saw her looking up at him. The orange lipstick on her full lips was tempting him.He could think of nothing else but crushing them with his lips. So he bent down and kissed her. She tasted heavenly . Nikhil's kiss had caught her by surprise.But he was a good kisser.The kiss was just perfect neither too soft nor too forceful.She opened her mouth to let his tongue enter her. Now he deepened the kiss and pulled her up.She landed in his lap but they were still kissing. Their tongues were intertwined with each other. Her hands had entered his silky hair and his hands were circling her breasts inside her crop top. His touch was so potent that her nipples were erect even inside the clothes. You have eyes only for her and I love you both," laughed Niharika. "You don't even know how lucky I am that she fell in love with me otherwise I had lost her due to my rash actions." "I am always yours darling.I can't live without you" Jiya said to him. Sagar didn't even allow her to complete her sentence and kissed her passionately. Nikhil had been listening to this exchange. Sagar was a lucky fellow to have Jiya but even Nihaika flirted with him. Somehow this he was not able to digest. Together they sat at the dinner table eating the delicious dinner. "Niharika you are the best cook,"Sagar exclaimed but when Jiya made a funny face," but not as good as my dear wife" Nikhil was quiet during dinner. Jiya asked him.'"What would you say Nikhil. Isn't she good?" "She is more than good , Jiya. The food was one of the best Chinese I have ever eaten" Niharika beamed at his praise. "Nikhil have you seen her house?" "Not yet Jiya" "Let me show you" Jiya took his hand and showed him all the rooms. Niharika's house was very pretty. Every room had a theme. One of her bedroom had a water based theme even the bed was a waterbed. The second room was based on a dark forest theme while the third bedroom was locked. When Nikhil came back to the living room he found both Niharika and Sagar laughing at something.He felt jealous fo their easy camaderie. Niharika got up and served them desert. It was some honey based concotion but was very delicious. Jiya and Sagar left after desert but Nikhil stayed behind to help her wind off. During clearing up he asked her,"Niharika what are your feelings toward Sagar?" "Sagar is my very good friend. Infact he introduced me to Jiya. Though I met them a short while ago we have become very close. I met them at Sneha's school a few months back." "But you seemed very close to Sagar?" "Why are you jealous of him?" "No of course not." "But I just wanted you to be careful because before marriage he was a playboy who was very famous with women.' "So you do care for me?'", Niharika asked playfully.But when sjhe looked in his eyes her expressions changed. He was looking at her lips very seriuosly. She wanted him to kiss her. Niharka was an extremely desirable woman and especially tonight he was feeling the attraction. Even now he wanted to through caution to the wind and kiss her seneless. He moved towards her and then gently kissed her at first and then deepened the kiss. This time she was prepared so she kissed him back. Infact she pulled him towards her to deepen the kiss. His hand went to her waist and he stroked her belly ring. She sighed in pleasure and closed her eyes enjoying the sensation.Her kands wandered below his tshirt and she traced his chest with her fingers. His mouth moved from her lips to her ear licking and nibbling it.Then his hands entered her top and touched her breasts encased in a lacy structure.Her skin was too soft and her body very responsive but when she sighed again he realised he had to stop. Because he had gone too far once and he would not repeat it. He moved away from her. niharika felt bereft of his touch and his next words poured ice over her feeling,"I asked you about Sagar and your relationship because I care for Jiya a lot and I cant let her be hurt in anyway", saying this he left her house. Niharika was numb. One moment they were ready to make love and the other moment he had informed her that he cared for someone else.She felt humiliated at her actions.She was only a substitute for sex and nothing else for Nikhil while she had started caring for him ,so she would be careful with him in the future. . . . Episode 7&8 Episode 7A Topic: Nikhil feels apologetic Nikhil knew he had behaved badly with Niharika but somehow he had been carried away and being negative had seemed the best option. He didn't want her to harbour any feelings for her when he himself was still in love with Jiya. However he decided to apologise to her. He called her up,"Hi Niharika I was wondering if we could convert our coffee date to lunch ?" " Nikhil I am very busy this week so maybe next week?"" " If you are busy we could simply have coffee" " I will call you if I am free", saying this she hung up the phone. Nikhil knew she was avoiding him so he decided to visit Snehas play school. For two consecutive days he went to pick her up but Niharika was not even in the school. He decided to go to her place . In the evening after office he went to her house to find it closed. . . Episode 7B Topic: Urgent Trip Nikhil called up Jiya to get some information but Jiya call went to voicemail stating that she was not at home. Nikhil felt frustrated after a long time so he went to a nearby bar to get a drink. If he was lucky he might even get a woman to take home. At the bar he met an old acquaintance who seemed to be happy to share his bed but he developed cold feet at the last moment and fled the club on the pretext of an urgent call from office. But this turned to be true because he recived a call from his singapore office and he took the morning flight there. For two days he worked very hard to solve the matter.on the third day he was sitting in the hotel coffee shop when he saw a familiar face. Episode 8 Topic: Singapore "Niharika what a pleasant surprise?" Niharika was surprised to find Nikhil sitting inthe coffee shop of of the Pan Pacific marina bay hotel Singapore. "So on a vacation Nikhil?" "No dear there was a major issue in my singapore branch but everything is under control now" "That's nice to know " "Are you on vacation Niharika?" "Sort off", replied Niharika reluctantly. "I amhere for another two days so join me for our coffee date?" Niharika was to stay in Singapore for another three days but she didn't inform him. " Are you sure we should have coffee together?" " I am sorry Niharika. I shouldn't have behaved in that manner that day. Its just that I got carried away and I didn't want you to believe that we could have a relationship when I am still in love with someone " "Apology accepted but on one condition " "What condition?" "I want the name of the person " "Haven't you guessed yet?" " I have an idea but I want to hear from your mouth" Nikhil looked straight in her eyes andspoke softly," Jiya" " So I was right . I have seen your eyes following her every movement. Also when she is around you seem yo be lost in her" "Is it that obvious?" "Yes even a child can see your adoration for her" " Does Jiya know?" "Yes even Sagar knows but he respects my feelings " Niharika thought how lucky Jiya was ? Two such handsome and powerful men Nikhil and Sagar both loved her. She decided to change the topic," So instead of coffee how about dinner?" "So you are taking pity on poor lovestruck man and taking him to dinner" Nikhil exclaimed with a twinkle in his eye. If you have time we can have coffee now and then you can leave " Niharika ordered herself an expresso and sat next to him. They didn't speak but enjoyed a companiable silence. "Ok lets meet in the restaurant at 7 Pm if the time suits you?', Nikhil aasked Niharika and she agreed. The day was too slow for Niharika. She wanted it to end so that evening would come and she could meet Nikhil. She had realised that nikhil had never meant to hurt her with his comments and he actually truly loved Jiya but Niharika felt something for him. She was a go getter . She was going to pursue him till he at least developed some feelings for her. She was ready to move with him so she would get him out of his misery. Nikhil was a good person and he deserved happiness. She was hoping that she would be able to bring some joy back in his life. She reached the hotel before time. She decided to wear loose flowing cream top with black trousers. It was a smart outfit meant for dinner with friends.She wore a small gold chain in her neck and small matching earings. She was not a makeup person so she applied a light lipgloss. Though she was tall she liked wearing heels so she wore nude pumps with her outfit. she was ready by seven but she went downstairs around 8 PM. Nikhil was already seated at the table with a glass of wine in his hand , looking extremely handsome in a pair of jeans and blue checked shirt. Episode 9 Topic: Pleasant Dinner Nikhil looked at Niharika. If he hadn't been in love with Jiya he would have been attracted to her going looks. In thecream bliouse and black trousers she was looking very attractive. Though the dress was simple and elegant it suited Niharika. She was very tall but still he was much taller. Her cream blouse hinted at her pert breasts and slim waist. "Come sit Niharika. What will you have?" "A glass of wine will be fine." They sat together sipping their wine in silence . Niharika liked that Nikhil waa not very talkative but he had very expressive eyes. She could keep on looking in them. They had so much depth that she could drown herself in them. " So have you been to Singapore before Nikhil?" "Yes what about you?" "This is my first visit to Singapore. I went to Universal studio the day before " "Have you been to sentosa?" "Not yet" "Okay then tomorrow Nikhil Garg the guide at your service for ful day . First we will have a leasurely breakfast and then go for gardens by the bay . After that We will go to Sentosa and stay till late evening . So its a deal" " Yes its a deal . What a handsome guide? Girls will envy me tomorrow?", Niharika laughed. After that they enjoyed the dinner. Conversation ranged from politics to fashion . Niharika was very intelligent offering her views on most of the topics . When it was time for desert they realised it was around 11PM. That means they had been talking for three hours. Niharika was reluctant to leave because she enjoyed spending time with him but finally after the ice cream she wished him goodnight and left. Nikhil had thoroughly enjoyed himself.
