[B]LIVERPOOL romped home to a comfortable 4-1 victory over Leicester to mark the opening of their new Main Stand in style.

Roberto Firmino opened the scoring
for the Reds inside 15 minutes before
Sadio Mane doubled the home side's
advantage on the half-hour mark. Leicester then struck against the run
of play - Jamie Vardy capitalising on a
costly mistake by Lucas Leiva to make it 2-1. But Liverpool put the game to bed in the second half thanks to a fine strike from Adam Lallana and second goal for Firmino on 89 minutes. The result sees Jurgen Klopp's side jump to 8th in the table while the Foxes languish in unfamiliar territory down in 13th.
