Hey ladies, welcome to this week's episode of Ladies world. I'm still your usual host Vianney ;)

Today we are going to take a look at the Foods that make your breasts more beautiful and healthier

Vegetable:
vegetables are very good for your breasts, always supply your body with a good amount of vegetable like tomato, carrot, China squash, cauliflower, onion, asparagus, cucumber, loofah… every day.

2} Fruits
Fruits such as grapes, kiwi, lemon, strawberry, orange,
tangerine… not only help you absorb more useful vitamin but
also prevent breast cancer.

3} Milk and dairy products:
Milk and dairy products contain a
large amount of calcium which is
very useful for breast’s health.

4} Seafood:
Seafood is rich in zinc and can stimulate the secretion of female
hormone to make your breasts well-developed.

5} Seeds & nuts:
seeds and nuts such as soy-bean, peanut, almond, walnut nut, sesame seed…
contain lecithin - an antioxidant which prevents cancer. Moreover, they also strengthen the
absorption of vitamin E which helps mammary glands more elastic and operate better.
Soy-bean food products reduce the
concentration of estrogen in your body, relieve the feeling of
breast’s discomfort.

Avoid foods that can harm the breast’s health like ;

1} Salt and fast food
Salt will increase liquid in your body, make your breasts
uncomfortable. The very high amount of oil in fast food
promotes the secretion of estrogen which is harmful for
your breast’s heath.

2} Eating meat frequently supplies
your body with a big amount of calorie as well as cholesterol –
the agent stimulating the secretion of hormone in the body, which is concerned with most of breast’s problem.

3} Drinking too much coffee, coke, stimulants easily increase fluid in
mammary glands making your breasts feel full, heavy and
uncomfortable.

Things to care about;

1} Physical exercise;
You should go swimming 1-2
times/week. This is a good way to strengthen breast’s muscles as well as transfer adipose which helps you have plump breasts.

Try to do good habits such as walking in the right position with straight back, throw out your chest and do not carry heavy things… [hupso]
