Instagram is the number one image/video sharing app in the world over a billion users worldwide. Since it’s launch, it has undergone numerous updates, making it better and serving a more friendly user-interface to users.

In the light of this, Instagram has introduced a new feature via an additional app to its network called “Instagram television”, IGTV for short. The app was created to streamline its video streaming network, as well as allow a platform to offer users more quality contents, unlimited uploads and streaming.

Interestingly, the app was launched on the two biggest mobile operating systems, Android and iOS.

In this post, I will be explaining in details; how the IGTV app works and where to download IGTV app for Android and iOS devices.

*IGTV – HOW IT WORKS
IGTV is more like a designated platform of Instagram, specifically designed to offer users non-stop access to video streaming and upload. Instagram TV houses a rich blend of videos that will keep you glued, as well as a seamless video upload system for users.

IGTV video section will seamlessly integrate with the Instagram app. It will feature content from followed users on each user’s account.
