[b]Good evening Coolvallers... In respect to complains from our lovely members about the problem they face after updating their profiles... I will be explaining how to update your password after making changes on your account... This post is meant for those who don't understand it.
We all know that after changing your display picture, and you check out... By the time you return and try to log in, it will say "incorrect username or password"
This is what to do.... When this "incorrect" message pops up, click on[/b] [color =blue]Lost password[/color] [b]it will request for your username or email to reset your password.. Type the one you feel like providing, username is much easier.. After typing your username in the provided box, click on the submit icon, you will be asked to check your email for your new password.. Check your email, it will be the first message you will see, with the caption[/b] [color =red]Reset password[/color] [b]click on it, follow the link it shows, you will be redirected to the page where your password is requested, type your new password (you can still use your old password).. Make sure you begin the password with capital letter... The word strong below the box means (long password) .. So make your password a little long.. Submit it.. And now you can go back to coolval and enjoy yourself..
