Former military leader, Asari Dokubo has criticized the attack made by the Nigerian military this weekend on Nnamdi Kanu’s home. The man who is currently a major political figure of the Ijaw ethnic group in the Niger Delta has reacted to the situation in a video that surfaced online this morning.
In his words, 'I feel very sorry for the military people. I think the professional army should not allow itself to be used in the way the army is being used now. Naturally the army ought not to be going around knowing that whether they go to Nnamdi Kanu's house or not people will interpret it differently. An institution like the army needs to be sensitive to the interpretations that will be given to their actions'.
