Anybody who believes he or she is ugly only lacks the adequate volume of money to clean up his looks as indicated in this piece.
To look at some of the throwback photos of our celebrities is to confront the saying that nobody is born ugly, just broke.
While there are a few celebrities whose throwback photos are adorable and awww-worthy, there are some whose old photos should be completely kept away from fans and the media.
